Because services involve time and expertise, completed work is non‑refundable.
2. PRE‑PAID PACKAGES
If you purchase a package and decide not to continue before any work has begun, you may request a refund. Once work has started, refunds are not available.
3. CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel a scheduled session or service, please notify me as early as possible. Rescheduling is available when appropriate.
4. SATISFACTION
If something feels off or unclear, I encourage open communication so adjustments can be made. My goal is to provide clarity, support, and a positive experience.
